Take a deep look within yourself and ask God to let you know how you will best relax. Close your eyes and seek God's wisdom. Your quiet might be found sitting on the dock listening to the wind blow through the leaves or may be sitting at a table in the middle of a busy coffee shop. There is one thing required, that you slow down and figure out what works best for you. Once you settle in, let go of your worries and troubles. share them with God.
