"Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight."
If you are familiar with the blog you know honesty and the "real" me is important. Yesterday I shared the amazing honor Senator Ritchie bestowed on me. Something I didn't share is one way satan tried to steal this joy. Is there an area in your life where you are more sensitive, you know, the person that when they're hurting - so are you? I do. It is the same area that causes the mom in me to transfer to mama bear. Or maybe I am alone? I didn't think so.
In the midst of celebrating, our daughter continues to battle some health concerns. Due to her privacy, I won't expand but know life continues to toss wrenches into the celebratory moments of published author and inspirational speaker. It is a matter of perspective. Mags took this photo last year and I find it a great reminder- I don't and can't see the whole picture, but God does. I trust him with everything...how about you?
"May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father,
who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope,
encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word."
