Keeping it Real...Welcome! No matter how you found this, God knew you'd be here today. May you absorb the message He has for you. In 2011 I shared through my writing, today I've learned there is more to me than just writing. I have the energy and passion to share with others. Sometimes through Facebook live and others with my blog and most importantly, I've learned my passion to cook and bake is a vessel to share my writing and live presentations, while glorifying God in the process. I just needed to let go, and follow His lead.

So goes Monday, so goes the week! So we are starting the week with the release of When the Waves Subside ~ There is Hope. Who knows what the rest of the week might hold? I know it will be a fun and busy one. Amazon's "Prime Members" can borrow this book too! How exciting is this? Last week I had the opportunity to read this book aloud to other parents of missing children. Their response was humbling...In honor of ALL parents who lost their son or daughter ~ whether it be to a kidnapping, illness, tragedy, or another situation, may you know your strength is an encouragement to those around you. If you have a friend or family member who lost their son or daughter, will you share When the Waves Subside with them? I pray you will...it is a small way to encourage them as they realize how strong and amazing they are, and how much they mean to you too. A small book with a powerful message...there is always hope. It is a busy week this week: Tuesday: Oswego Reading Council's Annual Writing Contest Awards Ceremony at the Mexico High School's Auditorium (High School is located on Route 104) Wednesday: 6:30 p.m. Mexico Public Library's Author Night - I will be sharing briefly, along with a couple other local authors and then selling and signing books. This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - local Mexico High School student and newly published author Alyshia Hull will be there with her book One Thousand Miles, along with A. L. Daniels with her recent fiction release, Breaking the Silence. Thursday: I will share with the Oswego County Retired Teachers Friday: 10:00 a.m. I will be on Syracuse's own "Bridge Street" morning show!! Be sure to watch ~ and pray, my interview is going to be LIVE!! Saturday: Book Signing in honor National Missing Children's Day, location and time to be announced later this week How do you plan to spend your week? |
