Regardless of who you voted for, the winners have been chosen by us, the people. As a nation we need to stay UNITED and pray for our nation. I believe today would be a challenge on some level for many due to the controversial nature of our presidential election yet this offers us the opportunity to lean on each other and pray. Our nation was founded on prayer and we are the next generation to continue this great tradition and foundation.
Let us celebrate the rights and freedoms we have in these United States of America. Let's not lift grumbles or negativity into the air, instead, focus on the new beginnings and possibilities. Whether you are shaking your head or celebrating, remember to look up and say thank you, and pray.
"If you find any comfort from being in the Anointed,
if His love brings you some encouragement,
if you experience true companionship with the Spirit,
if His tenderness and mercy fill your heart;
then, brothers and sisters, here is one thing that would complete my joy--
come together as one in mind and spirit and purpose, sharing in the same love.
Don’t let selfishness and prideful agendas take over.
Embrace true humility, and lift your heads to extend love to others.
Get beyond yourselves and protecting your own interests;
be sincere, and secure your neighbors’ interests first.
In other words, adopt the mind-set of Jesus the Anointed.
Live with His attitude in your hearts...
Do all things without complaining or bickering with each other,
so you will be found innocent and blameless;
you are God’s children called to live without a single stain
on your reputations among this perverted and crooked generation.
Shine like stars across the land."
