Keeping it Real...Welcome! No matter how you found this, God knew you'd be here today. May you absorb the message He has for you. In 2011 I shared through my writing, today I've learned there is more to me than just writing. I have the energy and passion to share with others. Sometimes through Facebook live and others with my blog and most importantly, I've learned my passion to cook and bake is a vessel to share my writing and live presentations, while glorifying God in the process. I just needed to let go, and follow His lead.

 Okay, before you get nervous and think I had too much sparkling juice last night, I am still your typical firstborn ,goal-setting, list-making person I was at Midnight when the new year started. My goals and lists are created and organized but they will wait until tomorrow, or maybe even the weekend. The only goal for today is to finish a few loose-ends of work and then enjoy the day with my family. The goals and lists will still be there tomorrow while I might not be. Do I want my family to remember my goals and lists...or memories of me? You know it...this girl chooses her family. Happy New Year!  Where's Heidi? One Sister's Journey
A Day of Updates ************************* A wonderful week of vacation provided both memories made and many lists reduced to crumples of paper in the burn bin! Yeah!! This is the first TOP's Tuesday of 2013 - in 91 days, at Noon, the first hard-copy book will be sold and signed. Can you believe it? As we move towards the April 3, 2013 release date, there is still much to do behind the scenes to ensure a successful release week. You heard me, week! The River's End Bookstore is hosting a BOOK RELEASE PARTY and signing on April 3 ~ with the exception of a MYSTERY BOOK SIGNING at Noon, this will be the only place to purchase a hard copy of the book on the release date. My hope is to meet some of you and thank you personally for following my blog, praying, and your encouragement over the past couple years leading up to this release.
