Are you ready to watch one of Mrs. Buske's favorite childhood shows? A long, long, long, time ago there was a show called, "Reading Rainbow". LaVar Burton was the host and I thought he was so cool.
This show not only will read a story aloud to you (which you know I enjoy), Mr. Burton shares different facts that relate to the book. Sometimes you might learn more about the author, the location, or even the subject. Books are a doorway to your next adventure of learning.
Enjoy learning about how one little girl and her grandma connect over a quilt. I remember my Mom reading this to me, then to my daughter when she was little. Books also help you remember people and different times in your life. Reading is amazing!

This page is a way for me to connect with students, share my passion to write, and hopefully instill this same passion in them as they learn at home.
