Are you ready to watch one of Mrs. Buske's favorite childhood shows? A long, long, long, time ago there was a show called, "Reading Rainbow". LaVar Burton was the host and I thought he was so cool. This show not only will read a story aloud to you (which you know I enjoy), Mr. Burton shares different facts that relate to the book. Sometimes you might learn more about the author, the location, or even the subject. Books are a doorway to your next adventure of learning. Enjoy learning about how one little girl and her grandma connect over a quilt. I remember my Mom reading this to me, then to my daughter when she was little. Books also help you remember people and different times in your life. Reading is amazing!
